Why I  practice Baptiste yoga.

I walked into my first Baptiste yoga class in 2011 at Down Dog Power Yoga in Washington, DC. I walked out of class not knowing what just happened, but knew I wanted more. Since 2011, my Baptiste yoga practice has helped me transform my body and my life, and has helped me discover my passion for the body and Physical Therapy.

Why I teach Baptiste yoga.

I love sharing the practice of Baptiste yoga and helping students get out of their minds and into their bodies. I want to give students the opportunity to have breakthroughs on their yoga mats that help transform their lives outside of the studio. I continue to have breakthroughs after many years of the Baptiste practice, and am excited to share those experiences with others.

My promise to you.

I love the physical, sweaty practice of Baptiste Yoga and promise to leave you rinsed and wanting more. I am committed to showing up for you and holding the space for you to grow and transform. I am committed to bring my knowledge of the body and alignment into my teaching and help you access your body in new ways.
