When I became a mom 16 years ago, I discovered yoga. It started with the physical aspect as a gateway to get my body back. From there it taught me to use my breath as a way to harness patience. My love of practice kept me coming back to my mat and it ultimately taught me mindfulness and to enjoy all of it, like all of it.
This past May, Sean and I made the big leap into studio ownership. Oh man, what a ride. It's been fun, scary and overwhelming to say the least.
No matter what we're dealing with I keep feeling this deep passion within.
With the opening of the studio I am most excited about the endless possibility that ca be created. Each time we have been in conversation throughout the building process a new idea has emerged and I started to wonder what other possibilities are yet to be born?
Sean and I are really good at building a solid foundation. We've done it in our home, as parents, with our marriage and now with the studio. We can't wait to see what's possible with a bigger platform.
You can count on me to be real, raw and loving. I can't wait to give you all I've got!
