Current science reveals that a meditation practice is a powerful component of overall health and well-being.In this workshop led by Jen Silvera RN and certified Tier 2 Baptiste leader, you will become familiar with just a few of the overall health benefits of a mediation practice, you will become familiar with creating a meditation seat that works for your anatomy and you will be introduced to mindful meditation as an access to getting present and awakening.
This workshop is for everyone! Please wear comfy clothes and come prepared with a journal and a pen.
