Saturday January 21st from 1:00- 4:00pm join Jen to learn more about the building blocks of alignment. In this three hour workshop, you will be introduced to the concept of physical alignment as it relates to your entire body from the ground up. From there you will learn how to put these concepts into action in your yoga practice.
This all level workshop is designed for both seasoned practitioners and newer students.
