This 2-hour experiential workshop is geared toward those who have never meditated, and those who are seeking a deeper understanding of the processes within.
40 Days to Personal Revolution
40 Days to Personal Revolution is a breakthrough program designed by Baron Baptiste to radically change your body and awaken your soul. Through a commitment to a daily combination of yoga, meditation and personal inquiry work you will be supported in awakening a whole new you!
Weekly meetings will be held on Tuesday evenings for six weeks from 8-9:15 pm beginning September 5, 2017.
As part of the program, participants will also receive the following:
- Specifically designated groups that will support you and hold you accountable throughout the process.
- Access to 40 Day specific meditations and yoga practices to support you in your commitment when you can't make it to the studio.
- Access to the private Facebook group and 40 Day specific e-mails to keep you motivated.
- Workshops specific to meditation and diet to support you in deepening your understanding the practices.
*Note: All participants will need to purchase their own 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste books and journals for the program. Books are available at the studio or at Amazon.com.

Arm Balancing Act
In this two hour workshop, 200-hour certified yoga instructor Taylor Berger (@nama_tay), will guide you in discovering when and how to integrate arm balances into your own yoga practice. Taylor will weave the fundamentals of weight distribution, wrist preparation, and patience into the Journey into Power sequence so that you leave empowered to shine light on the shadow of your comfort zone in pursuit of trying new things in your practice.
Africa Yoga Project's Headstands, Hugs and Happiness Tour
Baptiste Yoga San Francisco is excited to be hosting the Handstands Hugs & Happiness tour! We invite you to join us for a 60 minute power class led by our friends from Kenya! Flowing the class there will be a short film viewing along with discussion. Lite beverages and snacks will be served after the program has completed.
Girl Power Yoga Night at BYSF

The Raider Project Benefit Class
Join us for a 90 minute hot, sweaty Baptiste Power Yoga class! This class is donation based with all proceeds benefitting The Raider Project. The Raider Project is a non-profit organization which connects MARSOC/USMC combat veterans with other veterans to help them transition smoothly, peacefully, successfully into the private sector.
Meditation and Stress Management
This 2-hour experiential workshop is perfect for meditators and yogis of every level. Dr. Nan Heron will introduce you to the basics of meditation and several variations, so that you will have some options to discover what works best for you. She will also explain how meditation can help to manage stress, enhance relationships, address struggles with overeating, and focus priorities.

Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery: A Yoga Teacher Training
Veterans Yoga Project is teaming up with Baptiste Yoga San Francisco to offer an extraordinary opportunity for intensive training in a proven, mindful approach to teaching yoga to veterans and others who are struggling with trauma-related psychological difficulties.

Inversions and Arm Balances
During this 2 hour workshop, Christian Allaire will help give you the tools to learn how improve and/or start your handstand practice by guiding you through the basics of strength. Strength basics are a crucial foundation for inversions and arm balances.
In this class you will learn straight-arm scapular strength, core + muscle recruitment to build the capacity to find balance in any inversion. Christian will walk you through headstands, crows, handstands to break down the movements needed to eventually achieve a press-up handstand. Plan on partnering up to work together in a non-heated environment.
Fundamentals of Alignment
Saturday January 21st from 1:00- 4:00pm join Jen to learn more about the building blocks of alignment. In this three hour workshop, you will be introduced to the concept of physical alignment as it relates to your entire body from the ground up. From there you will learn how to put these concepts into action in your yoga practice.
This all level workshop is designed for both seasoned practitioners and newer students.
The Future is Female
Saturday December 31st from 4:00pm to 5:30pm join Jen, Brittany and Bo in a 90 minute Baptiste Power Yoga class to bring in the new year with some feminine flow.
